Mounting of Baseplate on the Lowe Accessory Track Rail system.
Lowe uses either a 90 degree, 45 or 55 degree angle on the track. Select the proper bracket for your boat. If unsure, download an app to your phone “Bubble Level” and then with the boat level, measure the track angle from horizontal.
NOTES: Lowe Ruffneck 1860: use 55 degree
Typically if the gunnel is 4 inches or less in width (to the track) the boat is best fit with a 8.25 inch long baseplate.
Use the dimensional drawing below to fit the baseplate to the boat for wider gunnels.
