Handle is 12 inches long with rubber end.
Users set the handle on the downrod pointing in the same direction as the Livescope transducer. It is necessary to drill a 1/8 inch hole at the proper position to align the transducer and handle.

Downrod Extension 4 Downrod Extension

Extension to raise handle. Useful to get the handle above railings on pontoons or to just get the handle up to a more comfortable position for use.

Note that the telescoping downrod has the cone permanently mounted 4" from the downrod end. An extension is necessary to raise the handle and at minimum a 12 inch is suggested.
